Ordered July 17 and paid the same day for 2 keys. Received an email October 5 that my order was out. I answered and asked if they were actually thinking i still wanted the items, never received a reply. I actually thought they had refunded the money back in July, but No !! They just kept it. Finally received the item October 8. Almost 3 months after i ordered. In the meantime I had long gotten a substitute from a company in Australia who is not sleeping on the job.... Really: You service sucks. Oh, and I also left a message on their answering machine, but I guess they don't like to answer messages by phone either.

BumpKey.US aka ACT Lock and Key is a ripoff

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I did some research about this company due to slow service and failure to answer messages (phone and e-mail). I also found this business was rated F by the BBB due to MANY complaints. The BBB listed the owner as Principal: Mr James Koskela (Owner) of Ft Walton Beach FL. I hope someone has a chance to "personally" express their frustration with this man. Another contact number was 352 509 **** which was listed with the BBB. The 800 381 **** number on Bumpkey.US and the 352 509 **** supplied by the BBB was never answered by a person and messages never returned. After 3 weeks with no response I have disputed the payment with credit card company. I just want to cancel the order and reorder through another company. This company should be closed and the owner prohibited from opening another business since it is so clear that he has no business ethics and his activities border on criminal.

ACT Lock & Key aka Bumpkey.US

Placed order several weeks ago, charged my credit card and did not deliver the keys and hammer I ordered. Called several times, no one answer, only a voice mail message referring you back to their site for "faster service". Emailed several times, no response... This company has an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which is the worst rating you can get. They have had multiple consumer complaints for lack of delivery and no response. Check the web to confirm. Do not do business with them, and if you have then file a complaint with the BBB as chances are you'll never hear from them or receive the goods you purchased.

No Delivery yet! Act Lock and Key

I ordered from act lock and key's website at www.bumpkey.us. I order a couple of locksmith keys on October, 14th 2011. I paid 2-3 day shipping and its now October, 26th 2011 and have not gotten the order yet. I have contacted the company and no answer on there phones. They have very poor customer service. I have submitted 20 calls to the company over this matter and no replies. I here believe that this company is a scam and rip off. Do not order from this company at all! They are out to get your money with no product in return. I will post a detailed video on this matter for everyone to watch!

Same here :( I was convinced that Bumpkey.us was a good site due to the reviews here and there. Never would've expected this after placing an order.

me too, DONT USE THIS SITE

I almost ordered from this site before, now that I'm reading this I'm glad I didn't. Personally I'm a US Lock Dealer so that is now where I purchase 95 percent of my tools and supplies.

If you do not have this connection check out lockpicks.com This is the site where I started, and occasionally still purchase from. Their turnaround time is very short.

I was extremely impressed how fast I received my first couple orders which keeps me coming back. There are certain products on their site that I haven't been able to find cheaper, despite being a US Lock dealer.

you lie. they ship, quasi legit, inexpensive, but never quick.

It's been 2 weeks, no delivery and no responses to email. No one answers the phone.

Credit card company says they have already claimed the funds.

If no response in next 2 days, I'll dispute charge and contact authorities and BBB.

From Canada - This *** did the same to me Summer 2012, I messaged the Sherrifs Dept and City Council of where he is located, not sure if they did anything. Please do the same!!! The credit card company gave me the money back, but I was still mad because they werent going to investigate!!!

This guy is laughing all the way to the beech.

Sounds like we all have been ripped off by this FAKE website. I'll tell you what, I'm not fake. I I ever find this guy, he will wish he delivered the products we all ordered.

Same for me ordered 11/18/2012 still no response from them filing fraud papers with the bank tomorrow
